What the client needed

Smurfit Westrock needed a concise orientation video that could prepare visitors and contractors for the realities of an active manufacturing environment. The information had to be accurate, easy to understand and visually connected to the facility, while reinforcing the company’s safety culture and shared responsibility for safe conduct.

How FIVELINE produced the safety video

FIVELINE developed a Director Vision before production, translating Smurfit Westrock’s visitor and contractor safety requirements into individual scenes, practical demonstrations and visual sequences. The production was designed around a simple principle: whenever possible, show the expected safe behaviour rather than relying only on narration.

The orientation was structured into clear chapters covering arrival and site access, personal protective equipment, safe conduct inside the facility, and emergency procedures. Actual facility locations, production areas, walkways, equipment, signage and demonstrations were used to connect the narration directly to the environment visitors would experience.

Filming inside an active manufacturing facility required careful coordination around production activity, forklift traffic, restricted areas and site safety requirements. Camera positions and production activity were planned around the facility’s operating rules while still creating clear, professional industrial imagery.
